Garth Anderson has been providing home inspections in BC since 2005. As a licensed and insured Accredited Home Inspector (AHI) in British Columbia, Garth is a member of Home Inspectors Association BC and has performed over 4000 inspections in B.C.

Garth has over 20 years experience with new construction and renovations, as a third generation building contractor in the Greater Victoria area. His extensive knowledge of construction building practices, coupled with his qualified home inspection experience ensures you receive a thorough, objective and professional evaluation of your home’s current condition.

Garth is also an infrared certified thermographer and he provides this invaluable service in addition to his home inspection service.
